Terms of Service

By accessing or using ToRivers ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ToRivers. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

ToRivers is an AI-powered automation marketplace that allows users to discover, configure, and execute AI-driven workflows. The Platform operates on a pay-per-execution model where users pre-fund a wallet and are charged per automation execution.

Automations on the Platform are powered by various AI models and may produce different results each time they are run. ToRivers does not guarantee specific outcomes from any automation.

To use ToRivers, you must create an account by signing in through Google OAuth. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration

• Maintain the security of your account credentials

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. One person may maintain only one account.

ToRivers uses a prepaid wallet system. You must add credits to your wallet before executing automations.

Adding Credits: You can add credits via Stripe using supported payment methods. All transactions are processed in USD unless otherwise specified.

Execution Charges: Each automation has a defined cost based on its base price and complexity multiplier. The cost is deducted from your wallet at the start of each execution.

Refunds: If an automation fails, times out, or is cancelled, the execution cost will be automatically refunded to your wallet. Refunds for wallet top-ups are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact support for assistance.

No Expiry: Wallet credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use automations to generate harmful, illegal, abusive, or deceptive content

• Attempt to bypass security measures, rate limits, or access controls

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform

• Use the Platform to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Platform or its outputs without authorization

• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure or other users' experience

• Use automated bots or scripts to access the Platform beyond the provided APIs and SDK

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Platform: The ToRivers platform, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of ToRivers. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without written permission.

Your Content: You retain ownership of any input data you provide to automations. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of executing your requested automations.

Automation Outputs: Outputs generated by automations are provided to you for your use. However, since outputs are generated by AI models, they may not be unique or exclusive. We make no claims of ownership over automation outputs.

The Platform integrates with third-party services including Google (authentication), Stripe (payments), and various AI model providers. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services. Downtime or changes to third-party services may affect the Platform's functionality.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times

• Automation outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose

• Any defects in the Platform will be corrected within a specific timeframe

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ToRivers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to ToRivers in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your remaining wallet balance may be forfeited unless a refund is requested and approved.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination, except in cases of severe violations.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
